If the documentation is in order, the manager will be invited for an interview with the MOEHE committee.

6. Provide MOEHE with the required documents for obtaining the rest of the licenses (Trade Licence, Chamber of Commerce certificate, and training center license), including:

    • Property ownership deed copy (if owned by the applicant) or lease contract copy
    • Police clearance certificates
    • Medical certificate (for the manager)
    • Preliminary and final building inspection confirmation
    • Bank guarantee

    7. Obtaining Trade License and Establishment Card (Computer Card) based on the approval from MOEHE

    8. Opening files with the Ministry of Labour / processing labour quota and residency for staff, medical commission, etc
