Attestation is the process of validating the authenticity of a document. This can be a complex procedure with a variety of different stages dependent on the type of document or the original issuing country. As the UAE is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, attested documents are required for most processes . For foreign companies wishing to establish a branch office or a new entity in the UAE, foreign company documents will need to be attested.
